This is a demo site. Grounded Gym is a concept project. If you use the booking form here, your details go to Yogesh Kaphle, who built the site, so he can show gym owners how the booking path works. No gym will call you. Demo bookings go to the builder's inbox and are not used for anything else. To have yours deleted, contact him through his website.
What we collect
When you book a Free Trial Week, we ask for:
- your name and mobile number,
- the area you live or work in,
- what you want most from training, and when you can usually train.
We also note which page or ad brought you to the site (for example "Facebook ad, trial campaign") and when you booked. We never ask for payment details online.
Why we need it
To call or WhatsApp you and book your first session, to suggest classes that fit your goal and your day, and to know which of our ads are worth paying for.
Who sees it
Our front desk and coaches. The booking form is delivered to our email by a form service; it does not use your details for anything else. We don't sell your number or share it with anyone who wants to sell you something.
How long we keep it
If you don't join after your Free Trial Week, we delete your details after six months. If you become a member, we keep them while you are a member and for a year after, then delete them.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to count visits and bookings, so we can tell which pages and ads help people find us. They receive what happened ("someone booked a trial week"), never your name or phone number. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or ask at the front desk, and we will do it within seven days.
